Shipping policy

We ship to selected countries worldwide.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:
Nordics: 2–4 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over €46.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aciell is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to orders shipped outside your region and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@aciell.com and we will assist you.
