All ACIELL products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you experience an issue related to material or workmanship under normal use, we will replace your piece or provide an appropriate solution.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations, loss, theft, or normal wear over time.
